Allnutt Park

We have recently observed the presence of a water mould (Phytophthora) amongst the trees and soil at Allnutt Park. Whilst this is an issue for the health of trees within this park, it will not affect usage by the community for social gatherings, play or exercising.

To find our more, visit the outbreak of water mould webpage.

Allnutt Park is a local favourite and has great amenities, including a large playground suitable for all ages and abilities. Its two picnic shelters make it ideal for birthdays, family reunions and work functions, and there are BBQ facilities and public toilets available. You can also shoot hoops at our basketball ring, practice your swing in our birdie golf cage or relax amongst the trees.

  • slides
  • ladders
  • climbing nets
  • selection of swings
  • a fire truck
  • large Bertie the Beetle
  • climbing frame
  • Parts of the playground have shade sails for protection from the sun.

Picnic shelters and BBQs

Two picnic shelters are available for bookings for a variety of gatherings or celebrations:

  1. The Wright Street rotunda is right next to the playground.
  2. The Wheatley Road rotunda is located towards the top of the small hill, slightly further back from the playground. BBQ facilities are located nearby to both picnic shelters.
