Town Hall signage update:

From 13–24 July, we will be installing new external signage around Glen Eira Town Hall. During this time, there may be short periods when some signs are temporarily unavailable. If you require assistance navigating the site, please speak with one of our staff members.

Statement from Glen Eira Mayor Cr Simone Zmood on events in Bondi

Like all Australians, I am horrified by the events in Bondi tonight. There is no place for violence in our country, and absolutely no place for hatred in Australia.

Many in Glen Eira will – like me – be watching these events unfold with heavy hearts. Our community stands with those affected and joins the nation in condemning this senseless violence.

Thank you to the emergency services who are doing incredible work. Please follow official advice from NSW Police and stay connected to trusted updates.

Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, and everyone impacted.
