The Special Council meeting will be held in the Council Chambers and the community is welcome to attend (420 Glen Eira Road, Caulfield). Entry is via the clocktower entrance, corner Glen Eira and Hawthorn Roads.
The meeting will be live-streamed via Council’s website for community members who prefer to watch online.
Glen Eira City Council’s Governance Rules sets out the order of business under rule 24.2.3 for Special Council meetings and only business listed in the agenda can be transacted.
The business to be transacted at this meeting will be as follows:
- Adoption of Council Plan 2025-2029
- Adoption of Financial Plan 2025-2035
- Adoption of Asset Plan 2025-2035
- Adoption of Climate Emergency Response Strategy 2025-2029
- Advocacy Priorities 2025-2026
