    Special Council Meeting

    In accordance with rule 17 of the Glen Eira City Council Governance Rules, a Special Council meeting of Glen Eira City Council will be held at 5.00pm on Tuesday 21 July 2026.

    Glen Eira Town Hall, Council Chambers, 420 Glen Eira Road, Caulfield

    The Special Council meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, and the community is welcome to attend (420 Glen Eira Road, Caulfield). Entry is via the clocktower entrance, corner Glen Eira and Hawthorn Roads. 

    The meeting will be live-streamed via Council’s website for community members who prefer to watch online.

    Glen Eira City Council’s Governance Rules sets out the order of business under rule 24.2.3 for Special Council meetings and only business listed in the agenda can be transacted.

    The business to be transacted at this meeting will be as follows:

    • Municipal Association of Victoria 2026 State Council Motions.
    • Consideration of report of the independent planning Panel for planning scheme amendments C246glen Caulfield North Heritage Review and C260glen Caulfield South Heritage Review.
    • Heritage Work Program Update 2026
