Notice of an amendment to the Glen Eira City Council written public questions to council guidelines.
Notice is given pursuant to section 112(2) of the Local Government Act 1989 (the Act) that Glen Eira City Council, at its meeting held on 7 April 2020, amended the Glen Eira City Council Written Public Questions to Council Guidelines (the Guidelines), which are incorporated into the Glen Eira City Council Meeting Procedure 2019 (the Meeting Procedure).
The Guidelines provide the municipal community with an opportunity to submit written questions to Council relating to Council’s role, functions or business.
A copy of the Guidelines and the Meeting Procedure are available online at www.gleneira.vic.gov.au or can be inspected, by appointment, during office hours, at Glen Eira City Council office at the corner of Glen Eira and Hawthorn Roads, Caulfield.

In accordance with section 94(4) of the Local Government Act 1989 (Vic), notice is hereby given that, at the Ordinary Meeting of Glen Eira City Council scheduled for Tuesday 3 September 2019 at 7.30 pm at Glen Eira Town Hall, it is the intention of Glen Eira City Council to resolve to reappoint Ms Rebecca McKenzie as Chief Executive Officer of Glen Eira City Council.
