Proposed sale of land

Proposed sale of land abutting 10, 22–24, 28–30a and 36a Halstead Street, 4 Cromwell Street and 115 Hawthorn Road Caulfield North.

Glen Eira City Council (Council) acting under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act), proposes to sell part of the land that was previously a drainage reserve abutting 10, 22–24, 28–30A and 36A Halstead Street, 4 Cromwell Street and 115 Hawthorn Road, Caulfield North, shown as lot 1–4, lot 11–12, lot 14–15A and Lot 18 on PS640466F (Land). A plan of subdivision showing the Land can be provided by Councils Buildings and Facilities Department.

It is proposed that the Land be sold by private treaty to the abutting occupying owners in accordance with Council policy.
