Proposed sale of land adjoining 12 and 14 Doris Street and 2/52 Murrumbeena Crescent, Murrumbeena,
Glen Eira City Council (Council) acting under section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 (the Act), proposes to sell the land from the 3.05 metre wide former road adjoining the rear of 206 Centre Road, Bentleigh, more particularly known as Lot 2 on Title Plan TP963080P and contained within certificate of title Volume 8154 Folio 447.
The land is shown hatched on the plan.
It is Council’s intention to sell the land to the owner of 206 Centre Road, Bentleigh, by private treaty.
In accordance with section 223 of the Act, any person wishing to make a submission on the proposal must do so in writing to the undersigned by no later than Thursday 24 October 2019.

Any person making a written submission under section 223 of the Act is advised that all submissions and personal information in the submission will be handled by Council in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.
All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act.
Following the consideration of any submissions, Council may decide to sell the land, part of the land or not to sell the land.
