Adjoining 59 Eskdale Road and 39 and 41 Fitzgibbon Crescent, Caulfield North
Glen Eira City Council (Council) acting under section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Act), proposes to sell its land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 11419 Folio 691, more particularly known as Lot 5 on Plan of Subdivision PS710749E, being six square metres (6 m2) of land from a former reserve adjoining the rear of 59 Eskdale Road and 39 and 41 Fitzgibbon Crescent, Caulfield North.
It is Council’s intention to sell the land to the owner of 59 Eskdale Road, Caulfield North, by private treaty in accordance with Council policy.

In accordance with section 223 of the Act, any person wishing to make a submission on the proposal must do so in writing to the undersigned by no later than Friday 11 January 2019. Submissions should be addressed to:

Any person making a written submission under section 223 of the Act is advised that all submissions and personal information in the submission will be handled by Council in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.
All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act.
Following the consideration of any submissions, Council may decide to sell the land, part of the land or not to sell the land.
