Accordingly, any information contained in your submission, including personal information such as your name, address and telephone number, is not confidential or subject to the privacy legislation, and may be viewed by any person who attends Council to inspect the submissions.
A planning conference will be held in early February 2017. This will provide a forum where those who make a submission can also verbally express their views. All submitters will be sent an invitation to this meeting. The planning conference will be chaired by a Councillor and will occur prior to formal consideration of the development plan by Council.
