We’re committed to making every interaction with Glen Eira City Council safe, respectful and inclusive for our community and staff.
We want every interaction with Glen Eira City Council to be safe, respectful and inclusive — for staff and the community.
Our new Respectful Interaction Policy will support everyone as we work together to achieve this.
The Policy tells us what behaviour isn’t acceptable. Whether it’s face-to-face, via phone, written mail, email, social media, or live chat, everywhere in Council should feel safe for customers and staff. If someone does not follow the rules, the Policy explains the actions Council can take.
This Policy will help us protect the rights and well-being of everyone when interacting with Glen Eira City Council. You can find the Respectful Interactions Policy in the Policy section of our website.
