    Interim Protection Order: 15–17  Takapuna Street, Caulfield South

    Under subclause 24(1) of the Glen Eira City Council Classified Tree Local Law (Local Law), I am satisfied that it is desirable to make an interim protection order in relation to the Camphor laurel (Cinnamomum camphora) tree (the tree) located at 15–17 Takapuna Street, Caulfield South Vic 3162.

    While the interim protection order remains in force, the tree is included in the Classified Tree Register as a Classified Tree.

    A person must not without a Permit:

    1. Remove, Damage, kill or destroy or direct, authorise or allow to be removed, Damaged, killed or destroyed a Classified Tree; or
    2. Prune or direct, authorise or allow to be Pruned a Classified Tree; or
    3. carry out, or direct, authorise or allow to be carried out any Works within the Tree Protection Zone of a Classified Tree.
