From 27 September until 9 January 2022, there will be a weekly draw, which is open to anyone who lives, works or studies in the City of Glen Eira and has been fully vaccinated. The lucky winner will have a choice of one of three prizes — a $500 gift card to use at Bentleigh, Carnegie or Elsternwick shopping centres; a three-month membership to Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre; or an Apple iPad.

Winners will be used to promote our #GETVAXXEDGLENEIRA campaign to help encourage all Glen Eira residents who are eligible to make an appointment and get vaxxed as soon as they can.

Glen Eira Mayor Cr Esakoff said since launching our #GETVAXXEDGLENEIRA campaign in late August, Council has had a fantastic response, with many people sharing their vaccination stories.

“I urge all eligible residents to come forward today, get vaccinated and spread the word once they have been vaccinated by using the hashtag #GETVAXXEDGLENEIRA on our socials,” she said.
