Notice is hereby given under Sections 126, 127 and 130 of the Local Government Act 1989 that, at a meeting on 25 June 2019, Glen Eira City Council resolved that its 2019–20 Budget, Council and Community Plan and Strategic Resource Plan be adopted.
Glen Eira City Council is seeking expressions of interest from incorporated not-for-profit associations (Association) to licence office space at Moorleigh Community Village, 90 Bignell Road, Bentleigh East. The Association must be able to demonstrate that they provide local community based services.
The terms of the licence will be:
- Term: one (1) year (reviewed annually)
- Commencement date: 1 February 2019
- Office space: Rooms 44 and 45, Barry Neve Wing
- Area: 27.8 square metres
- Rent: $83 plus GST per calendar month (including utilities)
