Community Satisfaction Survey

Over the next three weeks, your household may receive a phone call, asking for your help with a community satisfaction survey.

National Field Services, an independent market research agency will be conducting these surveys. They will conduct 400 interviews, across a representative sample of residents.

The survey assesses the performance of Glen Eira City Council across a range of measures. It aims to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents.

We appreciate you taking the time to assist us with your valuable feedback.

We can assure you, that your details and individual responses are confidential. Only the results are shared with Council.
