GLEN EIRA PLANNING SCHEME
The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C218glen to the Glen Eira Planning Scheme.
The Amendment comes into operation on the date this notice is published in the Victoria Government Gazette. The Amendment implements the City of Glen Eira Open Space Strategy Refresh 2020 by updating the policy at Clause 21.13 — Open Space and at Clause 22.12 — Public Open Space Contribution and also updates the schedule to Clause 53.01 — Public Open Space Contribution and Subdivision by including the open space contribution requirement of 8.3 per cent. The Amendment also adds the following two documents at Clause 72.08:
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Transport and Planning website at www.planning.vic.gov.au/public-inspection or by contacting 1800 789 386 to arrange a time to view the Amendment documentation. A copy of the Amendment can also be inspected, free of charge, during office hours, at the offices of the Glen Eira City Council, corner Glen Eira and Hawthorn Roads, Caulfield and on the Glen Eira City Council website at www.haveyoursaygleneira.com.au/Amendment-c218
