Notice of Approval of Amendment, Amendment C140
The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C140 to the Glen Eira Planning Scheme.
The Amendment came into operation on 24 March 2016.
The Amendment applies the Public Acquisition Overlay — Schedule 4 (PA04) to the land at 93 Mimosa Road and 11 Mile End Road, Carnegie, to identify the land for future use as public open space.
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning’s website: www.delwp.vic.gov.au/public-inspection
Documentation can also be viewed during office hours at Glen Eira City Council’s Planning Department and is free of charge. The planning counter is located on the ground floor of Town Hall, corner Glen Eira and Hawthorn Roads, Caulfield.
