Glen Eira City Council (Council) acting under section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Act), proposes to sell a section of discontinued road shown as lot 1–4 on Title Plan 959866 (Land) adjoining the rear of 674–678 North Road, 1 Tyrone Street and 13 and 15 Wicklow Street Ormond.
Glen Eira City Council (Council) acting under section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Act), proposes to sell a section of discontinued road shown as lot 1–4 on Title Plan 959866 (Land) adjoining the rear of 674–678 North Road, 1 Tyrone Street and 13 and 15 Wicklow Street Ormond.
It is Council’s intention to sell the Land to the adjoining owners, by private treaty in accordance with Council policy.
In accordance with section 223 of the Act, any person wishing to make a submission on the proposal must do so in writing to the undersigned by no later than Friday 5 April 2019.

Any person making a written submission under section 223 of the Act is advised that all submissions and personal information in the submission will be handled by Council in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.
All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act.
Following the consideration of any submissions, Council may decide to sell the land, part of the land or not to sell the land.
