Proposed sale of Council land adjoining 61 Gladwyn Avenue, Bentleigh East
Council proposes to sell the land to the adjoining property owner at 61 Gladwyn Avenue, Bentleigh East, by private treaty. The land is to be sold at current market value, as assessed by Council’s valuer. Further, the purchaser must reimburse Council its costs associated with selling the land.
As part of its Community Engagement process Council is inviting submissions on this proposal. Any person wishing to make a submission must do so in writing to the undersigned no later than Friday 24 March 2023. Submissions should be addressed to:

Submissions will be considered by Council in making a decision in relation to the proposal to sell the Land.
Any person making a written submission is advised that all submissions and personal information in the submission will be handled by Council in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.
Following consideration of submissions, if any, Council may resolve to sell the land part of the land or not to sell the land.
