Glen Eira City Council (Council) acting under Section 114 Local Government Act 2020 (Act) and in accordance with the Council Community Engagement Policy, proposes to sell part of the discontinued road abutting the rear of 239 Jasper Road, McKinnon, known as lot 4 on TP 959870G (Land).
A copy of a plan is available from Council’s Service Centre or on Council's website.
It is proposed that the Land be sold by private treaty to the owners of 239 Jasper Road, McKinnon in accordance with Council policy.
Any person wishing to make a submission on the proposal must do so in writing no later than Thursday 19 January 2023. Submissions should be addressed to:

Submissions may also be delivered to Council’s Service Centre, corner Glen Eira and Hawthorn Roads, Caulfield. Submissions will be considered by Council in making a decision in relation to the proposal to sell the Land.
Any person making a written submission is advised that all submissions and personal information in the submission will be handled by Council in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.
Following consideration of submissions, if any, Council may resolve to sell the Land, part of the Land, or not to sell the Land.
