Town Hall signage update:

From 13–24 July, we will be installing new external signage around Glen Eira Town Hall. During this time, there may be short periods when some signs are temporarily unavailable. If you require assistance navigating the site, please speak with one of our staff members.

Tree branches, palm fronds, bamboo

Small branches, fronds, and bamboo cuttings can be composted in the green bin. Larger branches, fronds, and cuttings can be disposed of through a bundled branch collection.

Green waste collected through bundled branch collections is composted for reuse on Victorian farms, parks and gardens.

Before booking a bundled branch collection, ensure your green waste is of a compliant size. Tree branches, palm fronds and bamboo cuttings can be up to two metres long. Tree branches can be up to 15 centimetres thick. Tree branches and bamboo cuttings less than 7.5 centimetres thick must be tied in bundles with strong string.
