How to book a bulk cardboard collection

1. Book your collection online here or call customer service on 9524 3333. 
2. Flatten cardboard boxes and bundle pieces together by tying some string around them.
3. Place the bundle of cardboard out on the nature strip Monday night for collection on Tuesday. 

Quick information:

• Bulk cardboard collections occur each Tuesday. 
• Bookings can be made from one week to one day in advance.
• You need to submit your booking before 5.30pm Monday for collection Tuesday. Bookings placed after 5.30pm will be collected the following week. 
• Remember to always double check size limits and guidelines on the Hard rubbish, branches and cardboard webpage before making a booking.

Other cardboard disposal options:

• For small volumes, cut up cardboard into smaller pieces and flatten boxes so they can be recycled in your yellow recycling bin.
• Cardboard boxes are easy to reuse. Consider holding onto them or giving them away instead of disposing of them.
