Calculating your fee

The cost of your application depends on what you're doing. The key factors that influence your fee include:

  • the type of permit (planning, subdivision, planning scheme amendment)
  • the cost of the development
  • the type of property (single dwelling, multi-dwelling)

For a full list of Council and government fees, download our Fee schedule for Planning Permits, Subdivision Permits and Planning Scheme Amendments (PDF, 268KB).

Please ensure you check your application fees and pay the right amount, otherwise, we won't be able to process your application.
