    VicSmart fast-track process

    VicSmart is a quicker assessment process for straightforward planning permit applications. It's a fast-track process to a quick decision.

    How to apply

    Only certain types of applications are eligible for VicSmart. Applications also have different requirements, depending on the type of application. For more information on eligibility and requirements, visit the VicSmart website.

    How long will it take?

    VicSmart applications have a turnaround time of 10 business days from when we receive all your information.
