    Personalised Career Support with EmployAbility Glen Eira

    EmployAbility Glen Eira provides free, personalised career support for young people aged 16–25 and people living with disability. The program is delivered by The Career Network in partnership with Council.

    Across three one-on-one sessions, a qualified career practitioner will help participants identify their strengths, interests and goals, then create a practical career action plan. 

    Support includes resume development, job-search guidance and interview practice.
    Participants also receive access to online articles, videos and interactive activities to continue building their employability skills anytime, anywhere.

    Inclusive Communities

    Inclusive Communities is a project that promotes awareness amongst local businesses and the general community and develops inclusive opportunities and builds capacity within the community to provide people with disabilities with the same opportunities to participate in every aspect of life to the best of their abilities.

    Inclusive Volunteering Network

    The Inclusive Volunteering Network through the Community Organisations Network provides a platform for local businesses and organisations to connect, learn and collaborate in the disability inclusion and volunteering space. The Community Organisations Network meets on a bi-monthly basis and aims to build the capacity of network members and create pathways for a stronger and more inclusive community.
