Innovation and Financial Sustainability Advisory Committee

This committee brings together community and skills-based members to advise Council on innovation, financial management and service improvement. Members will help guide work related to:

• long-term financial sustainability and revenue diversification

• technology, digital services and data-driven innovation

• governance, transparency and community engagement

• designing creative service solutions

• ensuring Council services align with community needs and priorities

The committee ensures Council continues to evolve, innovate and operate sustainably.
