Easy Electric SEC is a simple, one-stop service designed to help households and businesses switch from gas to efficient electric appliances.
Switching to electric can often be complex and time-consuming. Easy Electric SEC streamlines the process by providing free, easy-to-understand advice tailored to individual needs.
When customers are ready to proceed, they can connect—online or by phone—with a statewide network of trusted and vetted SEC-accredited installers. These licensed professionals can deliver a range of upgrades, including:

Installers are authorised to provide access to available rebates through Victorian Government programs, including Solar Homes and the Victorian Energy Upgrades scheme.
Cost savings for Victorians
Switching from gas to efficient electric appliances can deliver significant savings. Victorian households could save up to $1,900 per year on energy costs. These savings may increase to approximately $2,230 annually when combined with rooftop solar.

Solar Savers
Solar Savers is a local government initiative helping households and businesses to install quality and affordable rooftop solar.
By installing rooftop solar through Solar Savers, residents and businesses in participating Councils can reduce energy bills and future-proof against increasing energy costs, while supporting a transition to clean, renewable energy.
Solar Savers will also help you access government rebates and loans to help with the upfront costs of solar.

Business Energy Savers
Glen Eira businesses can register with Energy Savers to receive free advice about how to become more energy efficient and take advantage of the Victorian Government’s Energy Upgrade initiative.
Energy Savers also connect business owners with a selected panel of accredited and trustworthy suppliers who can take care of the upgrades and required paperwork to access the subsidies.

Glen Eira Council offers free energy assessment for businesses to help find out whether you are paying the right amount and how you can decrease your energy usage and energy bills.

This Victorian Government program is providing businesses with access to discounted energy-saving products and upgrades through accredited providers.
