Our sensory room at Caulfield Park Pavilion offers a calm, inclusive space designed to support comfort, focus and wellbeing. With adjustable lighting, soft furnishings and acoustic features, the room can be tailored to suit a range of sensory needs. Ideal for small group sessions, quiet time or low-stimulus activities, it provides a welcoming environment for people of all ages.

- Friday and Saturday: 8am–12am

Please note: A minimum of three (3) business days' notice is required for all bookings, subject to availability.
When making a booking you must include in your booking time the amount of time you need to set up and then pack up your event. Your total booking time for the venue hire will then be programmed into your permissible access times. If you don’t do this and you then call our after-hours number for help to access and/or close the venue, you will incur additional charges.

- Parents/guardians must remain in the room at all times to provide active supervision.
- Report any hazards, damaged equipment, or unsafe behaviour immediately to management.
- This room is a calm and regulated space, please use equipment safely and respectfully.
- Use all equipment only for its intended purpose.
- No running, rough play, or unsafe conduct.
- Permanent fixtures must not be moved or removed.
- All toys, equipment, and furniture must be returned to their original positions or designated spots after use.
- All users must follow displayed signage, safety instructions, and equipment use guides where applicable.
Cleaning products and equipment, along with any required cutlery, crockery, utensils and equipment for catered events will need to be supplied as these are not provided.
