Auditorium

We offer the perfect art-deco venue to showcase your next business event, concert or to host your wedding or bar/bat mitzvah.  Built in the 1920s, the Auditorium ballroom has a magnificent art deco leadlight window ceiling supported by white Corinthian columns. With a fully equipped stage, the Auditorium’s versatile function areas is split over three levels.

COVID-19 — Venue bookings update

Council venues are open for bookings. Council uses the Victorian Government QR Code service to check-in attendees, for the purposes of contact tracing. All Venue Hire guests and attendees must check-in to their booked facility using the Service Victoria QR code provided.

People who are considered fully vaccinated

You are considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for the purposes of attending a venue if you:

  • have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, or
  • have a valid medical exemption to COVID-19 vaccination issued by an authorised medical practitioner, or
  • are under the age of 18 years.

If you can show evidence of any of the above, you can enter a venue as if you are fully vaccinated. Find out more on how you will be permitted to show your vaccination status.
