How to apply

If you want to operate on Council land, you must complete an allocation permit application form (PDF, 88KB). Please ensure that you return the form to us via recservices@gleneira.vic.gov.au at least two weeks before your proposed start date.

For the full list of conditions, refer to our conditions of use for holders of allocation permits (PDF, 123KB).

To apply for a license agreement to operate on crown land, please contact Recreation and Open Space on 9524 3333 or email recservices@gleneira.vic.gov.au

How much will it cost?

All trainers will pay annual permit/license fees and usage fees. The fees differ between Council land permits and Crown land licenses. Usage fees relate to how many people participate in your activity. You must report participant numbers to the Recreation and Open Space department monthly, before the tenth day of every month. From there, we will invoice you quarterly. Specific details on the fees can be found in section 8 of the conditions of use.

Please report your participant numbers on our monthly participation numbers form (PDF, 69KB).

Can I use any Council land?

No, we only issue permits for certain areas of our parks and reserves, in accordance with our Conditions of Use. For details of available locations, please download our venue maps (PDF, 5MB).
