Due to the easing of COVID-19 restrictions,

we are excited to announce the reopening of some of our key services and community facilities. Find out more in our COVID-19 services update.

Pell Street Reserve

Pell Street Reserve features a playground, rotunda and landscaped garden beds. The grassed area of open space is quite large for a reserve this size, and provides for a small game of kick-to-kick, a family picnic - or some cloud watching.

How is COVID-19 impacting our parks?

For the continued good health of our community and as a measure to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 we have:

  • turned off drinking fountains and barbecues
  • suspended bookings for our venues, parks or reserves until further notice.
Our playgrounds, outdoor gyms, skate park, netball courts, basketball hoops are now open and sportsgrounds are open to approved sports clubs. People should not gather in groups of more than 20, and stay 1.5 metres apart from others where possible.

Note: Playgrounds will now be included in Citywide’s Working for Victoria cleaning blitz which is funded by the State Government. Council will also undertake regular cleaning of all playground equipment and other high touch surfaces. We strongly encourage the community to still take their own precautions and practice safe hygiene. For further information on the cleaning blitz, visit Citywide's website.

You'll love the small playground, which includes:

  • slides and swings
  • see saw
  • climbing ropes
  • ball toss tower
  • imagination panels
  • shade sails for protection from the sun

There is also a shelter with seating to provide some relaxation time outside of play.
