and in combination these two trees provide a significant amount of greenery and canopy coverage for the area that improve the local amenity and enhance the neighbourhood character.

Numerous local residents have observed this tree and the neighbouring street tree being utilised for roosting and nesting by Boobook Owls, Tawny Frogmouths, Black Cockatoos and other native birdlife.
