    Lease and licence register

    Our Lease and Licence Register contains information about the property agreements we have in place for community and commercial tenants occupying Council owned or managed land.

    The demand for our facilities by community groups in the municipality is always increasing and our property portfolio is managed to maximise usage for programs and services that benefit the community.

    In accordance with section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 and our Public Transparency Policy 2020, we are committed to being transparent and accountable by providing information about current leases and licences.

    This lease register is updated quarterly. If you require a more recent copy, please contact our Property Officer on 03 9524 3333 or via propertyservices@gleneira.vic.gov.au

    Please note that this register does not include lease agreements for tenants of our Independent Living Units or listed residential properties.
