Your wellbeing matters

Staying physically and mentally healthy is more important than ever.

We know trying to find information and physical activities that support your wellbeing during COVID-19 can be overwhelming. So, we have tried to make it easy for you by preparing a wellness hub with some simple fact sheets on things like self-care and healthy family relationships and have also launched a fitness program — GEL Anywhere — that we encourage you to do weekly, if not daily. 

For our younger community, we have launched a new Social Distance Program, which supports people aged 10 to 25 during periods of isolation who live, work or study in Glen Eira.

Please remember to be kind to each other and look after your mental health during these challenging times.
