    Service Centre closure 2pm on Thursday 20 March

    Council’s Service Centre will be closing at 2pm on Thursday 20 March and reopen the next morning at 8am.

    This includes our Customer Service desk, and phone and live chat channels. However, our automated online self-serve options will remain available throughout the closure.

    Our standard operation ours at our Customer Service Centre will return to normal to following day.

    The standard opening hours at out Service Centre are 8am to 5.30pm.
