It is proposed that the Land be sold by private treaty to the owners of 54 Hill Street, Bentleigh East in accordance with Council Roads and Reserve Discontinuance and Sale Policy. The Land is currently occupied in conjunction with 54 Hill Street, Bentleigh East and used for car parking and will continue to be used for that purpose.
Council welcomes community feedback in relation to this proposal in accordance with Council’s Community Engagement Policy, by Friday 10 September 2021.
