Glen Eira City Council (Council) gives notice under section 114 and 115 (4) of the Local Government Act 2020 of its intention to create an easement and grant a lease on the following terms and conditions to United Energy Distribution Pty Ltd for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating an electrical substation kiosk at Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool, Koornang Park, 251 Koornang Road, Carnegie.

Glen Eira City Council — intention to lease land
Key terms of the proposed lease:
- Leased Area: approximately 7.2 metres x 7.2 metres
- Lease commencement: to be confirmed (post construction)
- Lease term: 30 years
- Rental: 10 cents per annum
- Outgoings: the Lessee will be responsible for maintenance, services and outgoings relating to the Leased Area
- Easements: easements rights will be granted to the tenant for the purpose of the substation kiosk
