Customer Satisfaction Survey underway

Between Monday 24 April and Monday 22 May, you may receive a phone call inviting you to participate in a customer satisfaction survey.

This is an annual survey we conduct to assess your satisfaction with the customer service you receive from Council. We use your feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the way we provide information and services.

The survey is conducted on our behalf by Customer Service Benchmarking Australia, a company that works with multiple councils. The researchers will introduce themselves and confirm they're calling on our behalf. They'll ask questions about your recent interactions with us and request some demographic data, such as your age, gender, household structure, languages spoken, and postcode.

Please be assured that all information collected, including your personal details and responses, will be kept confidential and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
