Customer Satisfaction Survey underway

Between Thursday 14 August and Sunday 14 September, you may receive a phone call inviting you to participate in a customer satisfaction survey.

This is an annual survey we conduct that helps us understand how our community rates our performance and highlight opportunities to improve our service delivery. In 2024, Glen Eira’s overall performance rating from the Survey remained significantly higher than the state-wide average.

This year it’s a little different — we’re moving to four smaller surveys throughout the year rather than one single survey. This is so that we can collect feedback regularly to get a diverse sense of community experiences and perceptions.

Between now and 14 September, you might receive a call from National Field Services, an independent research agency conducting the survey. They’ll be calling around 140 residents during this survey — and 400 in total across the year. Responses are confidential, and the service only shares the overall results with us.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Callers will identify themselves.
  • They’ll never ask for you by name.
  • They’ll let you know how long the survey will take.
  • Calls will come from a number starting with (03) 5202, (03) 5141 or (03) 4217 — never a mobile number.

Please stay alert for scams. If something feels off or you’re unsure, hang up the phone. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service Centre on 9524 3333.
