The 2019 Sounds of Glen Eira is your chance to shine on the big stage and win some amazing prizes.
The Youth Leadership Team is calling on all young performers to submit their demos for selection.
Whether you’re a band, soloist, vocalist or acoustic performer, Sounds of Glen Eira is an opportunity to take your first step towards making it big in your musical career.
Demos must be submitted by 4pm Friday 31 May to the Youth Information Centre, 86 Robert Street, Bentleigh or online at www.gleneira.vic.gov.au/youth
Sounds of Glen Eira will be held on Friday 28 June at Bentleigh McKinnon Youth Centre.
Acts will compete for the chance to win two days professional studio recording and a professional photoshoot.
The runner-up and People’s Choice Award winner will also receive $200 gift vouchers.
Participants may also be selected to perform in front of thousands at one of Council’s Party in the Park events in 2020.
Sounds of Glen Eira a fully supervised drug, alcohol and smoke free event. Entry is free and there are no pass-outs for young people aged under 18.

Despite reported issues with SKM recycling facilities and major disruptions in the recycling industry, Council’s recycling service remains unaffected and recyclables from our waste services are not going to landfill.
