GEL Advisory Committee: Local community representative

We're seeking expressions of interest from local community representatives who would like to be part of the Glen Eira Leisure (GEL) Advisory Committee.

The Committee will have specific roles and responsibilities, including:

  • Reviewing Quarterly Service Performance Reports
  • Advising on Annual Business Plans, Budgets, and Strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with audit requirements
  • Enhancing risk management and internal control practices

Applications close at midnight on Sunday 3 August.

  • Level of involvement in the wider community with strong community networks and connections.
  • Demonstrate the ability to participate constructively in an advisory role.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of local issues relevant to the project.
