Youth support

If you're between the ages of 10 and 25 and live in Glen Eira, we can put you in touch with youth workers and support services.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) — Notice of service delivery

For the continued good health of our community and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Youth Information Centre will be closed for drop-in-sessions until further notice. 

Young people can still access Youth Workers Support via phone, video-chat or email. Contact us on 9524 3676 between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday to make an appointment with one of our Youth Workers.

Connect with a youth worker

You can have a free and confidential meeting with one of our qualified youth workers. 

We offer targeted goal setting sessions to help with:

  • managing school stress
  • relationship challenges
  • budgeting
  • finding a job or course to help you get a job
  • identifying opportunities for social connection.

Find a youth service

Our Youth Services team can assist you with referrals to specialised local services to help you out with:

  • drug and alcohol issues
  • jobs and education
  • money problems
  • relationship issues
  • parenting challenges
  • housing
  • domestic and family violence
  • mental health.

We can also provide interim support until these longer-term supports are established.

Please note: young people under the age of 18 years require parental consent to access these services.
