    Municipal Emergency Management Plan

    We have developed our own Municipal Emergency Management Plan (MEMP), in accordance with the Victorian Emergency Management Act 2013.

    Developed with emergency services agencies and local service providers, our MEMP focuses on how to prevent, prepare and respond to and recover from emergencies.

    You can look at the MEMP at one of our local libraries:

    • Caulfield Library — corner Glen Eira and Hawthorn Roads, Caulfield
    • Elsternwick Library — 4 Staniland Grove, Elsternwick
