We're running this survey to collect feedback about how we can support our community through healthy ageing.
Your responses will help guide future Healthy Ageing Expos, community activities and information.
We may collect personal information such as your responses to the survey or via submission, your age, gender, area of residence, and any other information you voluntarily provide. You may choose 'Prefer not to say' for demographic questions.
We collect this information to obtain your feedback, support Council decision-making and planning, and conduct de-identified analysis for our reporting. The information will guide Council’s events, services and activities.
Your personal information may be used internally by Council staff for the purposes outlined above. Survey findings may be reported in a de-identified or aggregated form. Submissions may also be included in Council agendas or minutes, with redactions where appropriate. Contact details will not be published.
In other cases, personal information will only be shared with your consent unless Council is legally required or authorised to disclose it. Council records, including submissions, may be subject to requests under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic).
Council takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure through secure systems and procedures.
