Process
Please do not leave your donations outside the warehouse when it is unattended. It's best to enter Vale Street from Barkly Street and reverse park so that the volunteers can help you quickly unload and free the car spot up for someone else to drop off. If you only have a couple of items and are unable to make it to St Kilda please email donate@stkildamums.org with a list of everything you wish to donate, and they can introduce you to a volunteer who might be able to accept your donation and bring it to St Kilda for you. Don't forget to mention your suburb of residence.
They also have a courier pick up service, subject to availability, for just $30, which is helpful if you have a lot of big or heavy items. Please email them with a list of everything you wish to donate, including make and model and date of manufacture of any items with mandatory standards, and your availability. They need at least a three hour window when you will be home to book a courier.
Items not accepted
Anything electrical, maternity clothing, large stuffed toys, bath aids, bean bags, change tables that sit on top of drawers, cushions, doonas, potties, walkers.
