Please refer to the guidelines before booking on the Hard-rubbish-branches-and-cardboard page so that your collection will not be rejected. Your collection must be under four (4) cubic metres in size.
Once you have completed the Hard Rubbish booking form below, the collection will be arranged for the next bin collection day in your area (even if your property does not have Glen Eira bins).
- No confirmation email is required. There is no need to wait for a confirmation email – once you have submitted your booking it is in our system and scheduled for collection.
Please place your items out the night before your bin collection day. For example, if bins in your area are emptied on Friday, place items out on Thursday night for collection on Friday.
If you live in an apartment or unit
When entering your address below please type "apartment" first, followed by the apartment number, then the street address e.g. Apartment 1 989 Glen Huntly Road Caulfield.
For units please enter "unit" followed by the unit number, then the street address e.g. Unit 1 1 Adelaide Street Mckinnon.
