Town Hall signage update:

From 13–24 July, we will be installing new external signage around Glen Eira Town Hall. During this time, there may be short periods when some signs are temporarily unavailable. If you require assistance navigating the site, please speak with one of our staff members.

Emergency Services and Volunteers Fund

The Emergency Services and Volunteers Fund (ESVF) has been introduced by the Victorian Government to replace the Fire Services Property Levy.

Under the new Fire Services Property Amendment (Emergency Services and Volunteers Fund) Act 2025, Council must collect the ESVF on behalf of the Victorian Government. Each property is allocated an Australian Valuation Property Classification Code (AVPCC) by the Valuer General Victoria which is used to determine land use classification for the calculation of the ESVF.

To find out more regarding the ESVF, contact the Victorian Government support line on 1300 819 033 or email esvf@dtf.vic.gov.au
