Planning Scheme Amendment C218glen proposes to increase the public open space contribution rate to 8.3 per cent to expand Glen Eira’s public open space network and improve existing open space.
Public Open Space Amendment — C218glen
The amendment proposes to amend the Glen Eira Planning Scheme by:
- Increasing the public open space contribution rate from 5.7 per cent to 8.3 per cent.
- Replacing the existing Public Open Space Contribution Policy with a new policy.
- Incorporating the following documents into the Planning Scheme:
- City of Glen Eira Open Space Strategy Refresh 2020 (adopted 9 June 2020)
- City of Glen Eira Open Space Strategy Refresh Update of the Public Open Space Contributions Program (2 November 2020).
