1 St Georges Road, Elsternwick Amendment — C242glen
The amendment requests that the Minister intervene to make a correction of a mapping anomaly at 1 St Georges Road, Elsternwick, to include a previously identified contributory rear garden (tennis court) to HO59. This historical error was made in Planning Scheme Amendment L33 from 1999, and will be fixed with this amendment
Carnegie, Bentleigh and Elsternwick DDO Amendment — C241glen
This amendment seeks to rectify errors in a number of DDO's in Carnegie (DDO9), Bentleigh (DDO8), and Elsternwick (DDO10), relating to ordinance and mapping anomalies, created as a result of a previous amendment, C228glen.
Post-war and Hidden Gems Heritage Review 2020 — C214glenPt2
The amendment applies the Heritage Overlay to five individual places and three precincts identified in the City of Glen Eira Eira Post-war and Hidden Gems Heritage Review 2020, Stage 2: Citations (Built Heritage Pty Ltd, 2020).
Post-war and Hidden Gems Heritage Review 2020 and Glen Eira Thematic Environmental History (Refresh) 2020 — C214glenPt1
The amendment applies the Heritage Overlay to 20 individual places and one precinct identified in the City of Glen Eira Eira Post-war and Hidden Gems Heritage Review 2020, Stage 2: Citations (Built Heritage Pty Ltd, 2020) and includes the Glen Eira Thematic Environmental History (Refresh) 2020 as a Background Document in the Glen Eira Planning Scheme.
168 Hawthorn Road Caulfield North Amendment — C217glen
The amendment rezones part of the land at 168 Hawthorn Road Caulfield North from Commercial 1 Zone (C1Z) to General Residential Zone – Schedule 2 (GRZ2).
Extension to the Interim Heritage Overlay Amendment — C226glen
The Amendment extends the Heritage Overlay to 12 proposed heritage places and two proposed heritage precincts within the Elsternwick Activity Centre on an interim basis until 29 July 2022.
Specific Control Overlay to Caulfield Racecourse — C229glen
This amendment changes the Glen Eira Planning Scheme to:
- apply a Specific Controls Overlay (SCO7) to the land at Caulfield Racecourse, Station Street, Caulfield East,
- and make other associated changes to the Glen Eira Planning Scheme to facilitate buildings and works for Works Packages 3-5.
Extension of interim planning controls for Bentleigh, Carnegie and Elsternwick on C1Z and MUZ land — C228glen
The amendment extends the interim Design and Development Overlays (DDO Schedules 8, 9, and 10) over the Carnegie, Bentleigh, and Elsternwick Structure Plan Areas to 30 June 2023. This applies to land in the Commercial 1 and Mixed Use zones only.
Extension of interim Heritage Overlays in Bentleigh and Carnegie — C232glen
Extension of interim Heritage Overlays for Rose Hill Estate and Glenhuntly Tram Terminus Estate Shops and reorder the schedule to the Heritage Overlay.
Carnegie and Bentleigh Structure Plan Heritage Review Amendment — C190glen
The amendment applies Heritage Overlays to 13 individual heritage places, 8 heritage precincts and 1 precinct extension in the Bentleigh and Carnegie Residential and Commercial Areas.

At the Council meeting held on 28 June 2022, it considered submissions received to the amendment. Pursuant to Section 23(1)(c) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987, it resolved to abandon the amendment on the following grounds:
In its capacity as the planning authority, considers that owners of land benefited by the restriction may suffer detriment (including any perceived detriment) as a consequence of the variation of the restriction.

This means that the combined planning permit application and planning scheme amendment has been refused and the process will not continue any further.
