    Update your pet's details

    Have you or your pet's details changed or you're not renewing your animal registration? 

    You can update your details online to let us know if:

    • your personal details have changed
    • your pet has died
    • you have recently moved house within Glen Eira, or moved out of Glen Eira to a new Council.

    To change the ownership of an animal still living within Glen Eira please send us an email with both owners (previous and current) consent to mail@gleneira.vic.gov.au 

    What you need to complete the form

    • animal reference number
    • microchip number
    • desexed/sterilised (attach details from the veterinary clinic)
    • obedience trained (attach a copy of an approved certificate)
    • pensioner concession to be added (attach a copy of both sides of your Pension Card)

    If you have misplaced or don’t believe that you have received your renewal notice please check your email inbox as well as your spam folder first, as the renewal notice would be sent from an email address of “no-reply”. If you still have not received it one will be issued to you shortly.
