Report an illegally parked vehicle

If you see an illegally parked vehicle, you can report it to a parking officer or lodge a report online.

When do our Parking Officers work?

All reports received outside these hours are actioned the next day.

Please note: Parking Officers are not available on public holidays.

There are two ways to report a vehicle you believe is breaching the road rules:

Lodge an illegally parked vehicle request using our online customer service portal.
Call us on 9524 3333 (8:30am–5.00pm, Monday to Friday).
